Itinerary

DAY 1 ISLAMABAD- GILGIT

Morning we will be flying by Pakistan air line flight ATR 42 for Gilgit an early morning flight arrive Gilgit meet greet and transfer to Hotel .After a short rest we will explore Gilgit city will visit Karga valley to Visit Karga Buda later will visit old bazar Danyor rock inscriptions Hayward cemetery public Bidulf Library and overnight at  Hotel .

DAY2 GILGIT-BAGROTE-MINAPIN                                                             

Today morning we will visit Bagrot village an hour and half drive from Gilgit city the Bagrot valley is one of the oldest settlements of the region in the bottom of Rakaposhi glacier ancient tradition of shamanistic practices are still practiced in the region a beautiful village with  views of Rakaposhi and short hike to Gargo summer settlement and after lunch we will continue our travel to Nagar valley along the terraces of old silk route en route various stops upon arrival transfer to hotel

DAY 3 MINAPIN- KARIMABAD 

Morning at Minapin we will hike to the Pisan glacier for closest views of Rakaposhi and Pisan glacier after a short hike we will start our travel to Hunza valley driving on Karakorum highway the friendship highway constructed by Pakistan and China .Upon arrival at Karimabad we will check in our hotel later will explore the town and visit heritage trail to Baltit fort and later will visit village and overnight at Hotel

DAY 4 KARIMABAD

Morning we will visit Atilt village and Altit fort later we will visit the oldest settlement of the  valley Ganish village settlements and will reach Nagar Khas the throne of Nagar state will visit the sites of the town to hope glacier view point after lunch in the afternoon will back to Karimabad for overnight .

DAY 5 KARIMABABD- GULMIT

After breakfast at Karimabad we will travel to the upper Hunza valley of Gulmit Passu, Khyber and Sost main villages of the region along Karakorum Highway .On the way we will visit the Hunza sacred rocks dates back to 1st Millennium AD  .Later we will arrive Gulmit village check in our hotel explore the town visit old village carpet house musical school and afternoon we will visit Borith lake and short hike to Passu glacier view point Overnight Gulmit .

DAY 6 GULMIT- SOST-MISGER-GULMIT

Today we will visit Passu village and later will continue our travel visiting Khyber village arrive Sost town the last town on Karakorum highway leads to China over Khunjerab pass .historically the silk route was connected through  Misger  Click and Mintaka pass ,will visit Misger and evening drive back to Gulmit for overnight .

DAY 7  GULMIT- SKARDU

Today we will travel to Skardu the East of Giglit town while travel back from Gulmit en route stops at the junction of the three mighty mountain ranges of Himalayas -Karakorum-Hindukush and will continue our travel along Indus river to Skardu in 7 hours of the whole journey through narrow gorges of Rundu and Astak upon arrival transfer to Hotel

DAY 8 SKARDU-SHIGER

Today morning we will visit the sights and sounds of Skardu visit to Kharpocho fort ,old bazar and visit to Manthal Buda later will arrive Shiger village where we will visit the Shiger fort palace and some mosques of Islamic arrival .

DAY 9 SHIGER KHAPLU

Today we will drive to Khaplu town the Masherbrum valley on the way we will stop over several Balti village as Baltistan referred to call as little Tibet historically being part of it and will arrive Khaplu where we will explore towns rich historical sites of Khaplu fort palace ,Chaqchan mosque Overnight Khaplu

DAY 10 FLY ISLAMABAD
